Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of related work experience
- Ability to work night and weekend shifts
- Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen
- Adherence to company policies and guidelines.

- Over one year up to three years of similar or related work experience
- Ability to solve practical problems and comprehend abstract concepts

- Supervisory experience with ability to instruct and plan work of others

Job Duties

- Handles and satisfies customer issues
- Determines department goals with store director
- Meets with customers to determine their needs
- Writes detailed orders and coordinates with all involved departments
- Contacts businesses and prospective customers about catering
- Develops contracts for exclusive caterings
- Recommends and buys equipment with approval
- Consults on rental companies
- Attends manager meetings and obtains pricing
- Figures retail pricing and prepares invoices
- Develops standard catering practices and checks quality
- Returns phone calls promptly
- Develops guidelines for department performance in manager's absence
- Organizes store events and communicates with event coordinators
- Ensures proper temperature and storage
- Troubleshoots equipment and ensures maintenance
- Maintains adherence to hygiene and dress codes
