The role of Catering Coordinator at Corporate Chefs holds a pivotal place within their dining and events segment. The Catering Coordinator’s responsibilities are diverse and involve key functions that support the day-to-day operations of the catering team. The role includes pantry duties such as ordering food items, maintaining inventory and stock, and ensuring that orders stay within budget constraints. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in a foodservice or related environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficient computer skills
- knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- ability to work full-time onsite
- flexibility to adhere to correctional facility policies if applicable

Job Duties
- order food items as needed

- fulfill and deliver food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner
- ensure accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates
- adhere to correctional facility standards and requirements
- perform other duties as management may deem necessary
