With a focus on catering and exceptional guest experiences, this café operates within a dynamic setting where customer satisfaction is paramount. The team is committed to excellence, consistently providing timely and efficient food and beverage service to guests within a welcoming atmosphere. The establishment cultivates a collaborative work environment, involving close coordination among the café manager, supervisor, executive chef, and catering coordinators to ensure seamless operations, especially during catering events and special deliveries to various locations within the organization. This commitment extends to the organization and cleanliness of café and storage areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic setting for both staff and guests.

The Catering Support role is designed to assist the café manager in various operational aspects that are critical to the success of daily activities and special events. This includes the setup and execution of catering events, managing deliveries, ordering and receiving inventory, and maintaining effective communication with kitchen and customer service staff. This role demands a strong understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, allowing the employee to provide knowledgeable service and respond promptly to customer needs. Additional responsibilities include inventory management of front-of-house products, assisting with new associate training, and actively participating in maintaining the professional standards and positive culture within the café team. This position operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, offering an anticipated hourly wage range of $21 to $23 plus benefits. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, frequent reaching and bending, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Given the possible exposure to hazards such as slips or cuts, adherence to safety protocols is essential. Alternative schedules, overtime, holidays, and weekend shifts may also be required depending on event schedules. Overall, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a high-quality café service environment.
