The Sales and Catering - On-site Position involves playing a pivotal role as the Catering Sales and Event Coordinator. The position demands collaboration with restaurant leadership and the Catering Support Center to identify business opportunities, nurture community relationships, and support sales growth effectively.

In this capacity, the coordinator acts as the primary local marketing and catering ambassador, representing the restaurant at various events and networking functions. This hands-on position requires organizing and executing catering events to ensure flawless delivery and 100 percent guest satisfaction. The role demands someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized, with a genuine passion for building relationships both inside the restaurant environment and throughout the surrounding community. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, schools, chambers of commerce, sports teams, hotels, and other potential partners to generate sales leads and foster ongoing community engagement.

The candidate will also execute local marketing initiatives such as promoting dine-in services, takeout options, online ordering, catering services, and special promotional sales. Maintaining up-to-date in-restaurant marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays aligned with brand standards is also crucial. Additionally, the position involves assisting with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of catering and private dining room events, working closely with the general manager and team members to ensure seamless event coordination.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital, as the coordinator serves as a key communication link between restaurant management, team members, and the Catering Support Center. Regular reporting on marketing activities, event outcomes, sales opportunities, and community partnerships is expected. Monthly meetings with management are conducted to review marketing performance, discuss future opportunities, and plan upcoming initiatives. This role requires flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and special events, as well as a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance for community outreach and prospecting activities.
