Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Job Qualifications
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Prior experience a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
- Have thorough knowledge of menus and preparation required according to established standards
- Prepare food for banquets following specifications on banquet event orders
- Breakdown banquets and plated meals, storing food and equipment properly at the end of events
- Work banquet food station as scheduled by the catering chef
