Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a chef, sous chef, or kitchen manager
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a shared kitchen space
- Able to work early mornings and flexible hours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Job Duties
- Lead and execute all catering production
- Manage and support a small BOH team
- Create and maintain prep schedules for both catering and restaurant
- Build and manage staff schedules for BOH and catering
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and product management
- Orchestrate cleaning systems and accountability
- Ensure recipes, builds, and standards are followed
- Assist with packing, organizing, and executing catering events
