Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a chef, sous chef, or kitchen manager
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a shared kitchen space
  • Able to work early mornings and flexible hours
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Job Duties

  • Lead and execute all catering production
  • Manage and support a small BOH team
  • Create and maintain prep schedules for both catering and restaurant
  • Build and manage staff schedules for BOH and catering
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and product management
  • Orchestrate cleaning systems and accountability
  • Ensure recipes, builds, and standards are followed
  • Assist with packing, organizing, and executing catering events
