Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 - 3 years experience working in a catering environment (preferred)
- Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred)
- Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
- Familiar with industry best practices
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience working in a catering kitchen environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well with all team members
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
- Must work weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food to specified recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
- Follow all safety, sanitation and health regulations
- Other duties as assigned
