We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Captain to join our dynamic hospitality team at The Confluence Hotel. This role is integral to our catering service operations and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage event logistics, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the Catering Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire catering service process from set-up to breakdown, coordinating staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with event planners and clients to tailor service to individual requirements, manage timing, and resolve any issues on-site promptly.

This position is coded as part-time with open availability and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times. You will play a vital role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting positive impression on guests.
