Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for serving alcohol
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- Ability to uphold company standards for guest service and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Six months or more experience bartending preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards in guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
- Check guest’s ID according to age verification requirements
- Communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- Request additional product or restock product as necessary
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as needed
