The Catering Bartender position is an on-call role designed for dynamic individuals who thrive in event-driven environments. Reporting to the Catering Supervisor(s) and Catering Operations Manager(s), this position demands an energetic and customer-oriented professional who embodies the principles of 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences to every guest and client. The Catering Bartender will oversee product quality, inventory levels, and event bar preparation while ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety standards. Responsibilities also include efficient guest service, prompt complaint resolution, and executing proper setup, execution, and cleanup of bar areas during events.

This role requires excellent knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bartending techniques, combined with responsible service practices. The ability to maintain a safe and friendly environment is key to fostering positive guest interactions. Beyond bartending skills, the position involves physical stamina to perform manual labor such as event setup and teardown, storage equipment handling, and maintaining an organized workspace.
