The Catering Bar Supervisor position at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, presents a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. As a Catering Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the catering operations across multiple event spaces at Lambeau Field. This includes training and supervising catering team members to ensure that all food preparation, presentation, and service meet company standards. You will be responsible for enforcing responsible alcohol service policies and addressing any violations promptly. Working closely with guests, you will handle inquiries and resolve any complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintaining clean and well-stocked workstations, pantries, and storerooms will be a daily task, ensuring operational efficiency and readiness for each event.

The role demands strong organizational and leadership skills as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic setting. Physical requirements include the capability to stand and walk for entire shifts, move between varying temperature environments such as kitchens and dining areas, and lift up to 35 pounds. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, days, weekends, holidays, and be on call for events with potential for overtime.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift including stairs
  • ability to work in variable temperatures and confined or narrow spaces

Job Qualifications
