The role of Executive Chef at Flik Hospitality Group is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the quality and efficiency of culinary operations within a dedicated dining account. This position entails overseeing all culinary functions, managing a team of culinary associates, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef is responsible for the full scope of kitchen management, including cost controls and expenditures, menu planning and creation, inventory purchasing and management, and implementing new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree and three to five years of culinary management experience, including extensive experience in high-volume production and catering. Expertise in managing cost controls is essential, along with a strong desire to learn and grow within a top-tier foodservice company.
