Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to work varied hours according to event schedule
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must report on time for scheduled events
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
Job Qualifications
- Catering experience preferred
- Orientation and on the job training provided
- Pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest services
- Able to generalize, evaluate, and make decisions without immediate supervision
- Able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
- At least 18 years old
- Willing to work hours that vary according to event schedule
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Report for scheduled event on time and report to assigned area in a timely manner
- Fulfill openings and closing duties as dictated by management
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends service standards
- Set up, maintain, and break down for all functions
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
- Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered
- Abide by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Communicate with Supervisors and Management
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium
- Perform and successfully complete tasks assigned by management
