The duties include maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times, arriving punctually for scheduled events, and reporting to assigned locations as directed. The individual must be able to fulfill both opening and closing duties as required by management, ensuring that the venue is prepared and maintained throughout the event. The role also involves comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, current specials, and additional services available within the stadium to effectively assist and inform guests. The employee will be expected to follow the Legends Sequence of Service, a structured protocol designed to maximize guest satisfaction through consistent, friendly, and efficient service.
The position requires setting up, maintaining, and breaking down all function areas with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and organization. Effective communication with Supervisors, Management, and fellow associates is vital to maintain smooth operations and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. Working collaboratively with other service departments within the club and stadium is also essential to ensure a cohesive team environment. The individual must be adaptable, capable of completing tasks assigned by management, and willing to work varied hours according to event schedules. Physical demands include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, reflecting the hands-on nature of the job.

Job Duties
