The Catering Attendant must also adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Collaboration is a key component of this role, requiring effective communication and teamwork with kitchen staff, supervisors, and event leads to ensure smooth service flow. Prompt and courteous response to guest requests and concerns is essential for enhancing the guest experience.
