CATERING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are currently hiring for the position of Catering Attendant based at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, NY. This role is available on both full-time and part-time schedules, with days and hours that may vary and include rotating weekends. The Catering Attendant plays a critical role in the execution of catered functions by delivering and serving food under the supervision of the catering captain. Responsibilities include assembling and delivering food and supplies, setting up event spaces with tables, decorations, and buffet arrangements, serving food and beverages, maintaining food temperature logs, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of both the event location and catering facility. This position may also involve driving a catering delivery truck.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, and have a basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures. Previous catering experience is preferred but not required, as Morrison Healthcare is willing to provide training to help new team members succeed.
