The role of a Catering Attendant at SodexoMagic involves much more than traditional catering tasks. This full-time position, located at the Bristol Myers Squibb site in Lawrence Township, offers competitive pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour. The workdays and shifts vary, with a preference for open availability, ensuring that the schedule can adapt to the needs of the business and its clients. As a Catering Attendant, you will be the welcoming face for customers, responsible for operating service lines with a customer-first approach. You will serve vibrant menus, assist in the organization and delivery of catering orders to specified locations or conference rooms, and ensure all service areas are maintained in a clean and professional manner.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing prompt and courteous service. You will set up food and beverage items in an appealing and logical arrangement, making sure all condiments and service ware are readily available. After events or meetings, you will be responsible for the clean-up process, ensuring the space is returned to its original condition. Punctuality and reliability are essential, as attendance and showing up for scheduled shifts on time are critical components of success in this role. Additional duties may be assigned, varying according to different client needs and business requirements.
