Job Description

Our company is a well-established, chef-led culinary service provider specializing in high-volume corporate catering and banquet services. We are currently seeking a full-time Swing Shift Server to join our vibrant team. This role plays a crucial part in both lunch service operations and dinner setup for a high-volume corporate client, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. On Thursdays, the shift typically concludes earlier around 4:30 PM due to the absence of dinner service. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a refined, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout the day, ensuring that service areas and presentations meet our high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and visual appeal.

The Swing Shift Server will work closely with the culinary and service teams to support the smooth flow of lunch service while preparing spaces for dinner service. This includes setting up polished buffet stations, assisting with creative food displays such as fruit, crudité, and charcuterie presentations, and ensuring all serviceware and utensils remain clean and organized. A strong foundation in country club or banquet-style service is essential, along with a natural eye for cleanliness, symmetry, and presentation. Adaptability is key as this role requires shifting focus and priorities based on evolving client needs throughout the day. We operate with a structured approach but emphasize flexibility and consistency to deliver excellent service every time.

This position offers a balanced schedule with weekdays only, providing valuable weekends off and holiday time.
