Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of customers and staff
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Always present a professional appearance and demeanor during the workday
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail and accuracy

Job Duties
- Assists in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment
- Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event
- Set up tables, top chairs and tables for catered events as assigned by the Catering Supervisor/Manager in a timely and efficient manner
- Set all glassware silverware, dinnerware, and additional set-up necessities in a timely manner
- Ensure that all catered areas have been left in a sanitary and organized manner
- Serve all functions in a professional, courteous, efficient manner
- Break down all catering areas after event
