The role of Catering Coordinator within the Food & Beverage Department at Legends Global is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to support catering operations across some of the most prestigious events and venues in the world. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Catering Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that catering services are executed impeccably, from preparation and setup to service and cleanup. The Catering Coordinator is responsible for maintaining catering equipment, ensuring proper signage is displayed, setting up tables, chairs, and all necessary tableware in a timely manner, and upholding high standards of sanitation and professionalism in all catered areas. This position demands an individual who can deliver exceptional guest service with courtesy and efficiency while working flexible hours that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
