The role of Catering Coordinator within the Food & Beverage Department at Legends Global is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to support catering operations across some of the most prestigious events and venues in the world. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Catering Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that catering services are executed impeccably, from preparation and setup to service and cleanup. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams under demanding event conditions. The Catering Coordinator is responsible for maintaining catering equipment, ensuring proper signage is displayed, setting up tables, chairs, and all necessary tableware in a timely manner, and upholding high standards of sanitation and professionalism in all catered areas. This position demands an individual who can deliver exceptional guest service with courtesy and efficiency while working flexible hours that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The workplace for this role is the Sames Auto Arena, a dynamic and energetic venue that hosts a variety of events requiring seamless catering support. Job Duties
- Assists in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment
- Ensures all signage is properly displayed for each event
- Set up tables, top chairs and tables for catered events as assigned by the Catering Supervisor/Manager in a timely and efficient manner
- Set all glassware silverware, dinnerware, and additional set-up necessities in a timely manner
- Ensure that all catered areas have been left in a sanitary and organized manner
- Serve all functions in a professional, courteous, efficient manner
- Break down all catering areas after event
