The role of Catering & Event Sales Coordinator at Hilton is a dynamic and rewarding position centered around delivering outstanding service and coordinating seamless event experiences. This role involves providing exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and managing communication throughout the event planning process. The coordinator assists with client meetings, site inspections, and supports the sales process to ensure each event is planned and executed flawlessly. Key responsibilities include organizing event logistics, inputting and updating details in booking systems, coordinating site visits, and arranging VIP services.
Additionally, the Catering & Event Sales Coordinator prepares and distributes critical documents such as Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to align team efforts and maintain high-quality service. - Previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
