Job Duties
- Support the Director of Sales as the primary liaison for groups in-house ensuring seamless communication and coordination across hotel portfolios
- Develop existing business and actively solicit new catering opportunities locally and regionally expanding reach and influence
- Book sell and plan coordinate special social events assuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the process
- Generate revenue by establishing new accounts monitoring booking space and maintaining high-quality standards conducting catering sales presentations and making sales calls to attract new clients
- Own and manage all Banquet Event Orders for upcoming events at all hotels guaranteeing every detail is executed flawlessly
- Plan food and beverage menus that cater to clients’ preferences and special requests creating memorable culinary experiences
- Ensure that all events meet or exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance overall guest experiences
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to create customized event experiences that align with the brand incorporating themes and unique elements
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and guests post-events to continually improve service offerings and foster long-term relationships
- Partner with General Managers at each property to oversee and support event operations coordinating event logistics aligning operational needs and ensuring consistent quality and service standards
