In addition to managing the operational side of catering and events, the director will promote a culture of warm, friendly, and professional service as an ambassador for Porters Neck Country Club and McConnell Golf’s philosophy. The ability to multitask, work independently under pressure, and maintain a visible, proactive presence during events is essential. This position also involves inventory management of banquet supplies, coordination of event billing, and follow-up to assure prompt payment and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, have a solid understanding of catering and event operations, and possess proficiency in computer technology and software programs.
