Job Requirements
- minimum three years of leadership experience in hospitality catering or event management
- proven success working with high-net-worth clients or vip event execution
- willingness to work on-site five days per week and be present during event set-up and execution
- strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
- ability to build and implement new catering systems and workflows

- familiarity with toast pos and perfect venue backend

Job Duties
- develop launch and refine the catering program including templates systems and add-on offerings
- build relationships with vip clientele and local community members to drive event and catering sales
- network proactively conduct tours and follow up on all inquiries to convert leads into bookings
- guide clients through event planning logistics and coordination providing hands-on support throughout each event
- oversee the execution of private commissioned and in-house events ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- collaborate with leadership teams to enhance efficiency guest satisfaction and revenue growth
