Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts within the catering and event space
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their event needs, budget, and vision, providing tailored proposals that highlight our offerings
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure bookings that benefit both the client and the organization
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, decor, staffing, equipment rental, and timeline management
- Collaborate with culinary teams, banquet staff, and vendors to ensure flawless execution of each event from setup to breakdown
- Implement effective marketing strategies for promoting upcoming events through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and community outreach
- Upsell additional services or packages to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets for events meticulously to ensure profitability without compromising quality or guest experience
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently during events
