Job Requirements
- college education preferred
- previous experience in a hotel catering conference services banquets or related hospitality environment preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations professionally

Job Duties
- provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the catering and conference services team ensuring smooth execution of events and daily functions
- manage multi-line phone systems respond to inquiries and qualify catering sales opportunities to support business conversion
- assist with event detailing client communication and coordination with vendors and internal teams including pre-convention meeting setup
- prepare and maintain event documentation reports proposals diagrams and presentations using systems such as golden sales & catering and microsoft office
- support system accuracy by updating menus managing function space running reports and maintaining organized filing systems
- act as a behind-the-scenes coordinator for site visits inspections and sales initiatives while upholding four seasons standards and professionalism
