Transdev is currently seeking an experienced Van Driver to join its prestigious team based in Lansing, Michigan. The Van Driver is a vital component of Transdev’s operation, responsible for ensuring the safe and comfortable transport of passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with executing flawless operations by meticulously following assigned routes and schedules, with a strong focus on safety and adherence to all traffic laws and company protocols. Passenger care is paramount, requiring the driver to assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation while providing a smooth and comfortable ride experience. Vehicle upkeep is essential, involving pre-trip and post-trip inspections, timely reporting of any maintenance concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment standards. The role also demands a strict compliance with company policies such as seat belt enforcement and emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all passengers and team members. This position requires excellent communication skills, a valid Chauffeur’s license from Michigan, and at least three years of driving experience. Availability for flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and nights is also necessary.
