Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
  • knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • capacity to carry heavy items when required
  • completion of ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification
  • reliable transportation and punctuality
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take orders from customers
  • provide customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner
  • deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
  • buss tables and maintain cleanliness of floors and dining areas
  • clean restrooms as needed
  • run drinks and assist with food production or service during busy periods
  • manage financial responsibilities including accurate accounting of cash drawer and sales receipts
  • perform end of day closing processes
