The Casual Patient & Family Concierge (PFC) role on the Neurosurgery Unit 6D at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital provides a unique opportunity to support patients and their families during critical moments of care. This position is designed for individuals who have a passion for helping others and who want to gain healthcare experience within a hospital setting. As a Casual Patient & Family Concierge, you will be instrumental in enhancing the patient experience by ensuring smooth operations and compassionate support from admission to discharge. The role involves a diverse set of responsibilities including greeting and escorting patients and visitors, assisting with meal delivery, transporting patients within the hospital, and replenishing supplies.
