Supported by generous donations from individuals, foundations, businesses, and faith communities, Catholic Charities channels its efforts to uplift clients by providing resources, guidance, and care. The organization has grown to become a trusted name for emergency aid and community assistance, placing its clients at the core of every initiative to create meaningful change.

The Food Rescue Delivery Driver role at Catholic Charities plays a vital part in the Emergency Services Programs by ensuring timely and safe transportation of donated and purchased goods such as food, clothing, and household items. As a goodwill ambassador representing Catholic Charities, the driver builds positive relationships with community donors, volunteers, clients, and staff, ensuring that the organization’s values are reflected in every interaction. Beyond transportation duties, this role includes operating various equipment like large trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks, along with assisting in the maintenance of facilities and vehicles, thus guaranteeing smooth operational flow.

The role involves following assigned schedules for deliveries and pickups, responding quickly to unscheduled requests, and handling over 25,000 pounds of product weekly. Accuracy in documentation and reporting of donations is crucial to maintain proper records and accountability.
