Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in casual dining or customer service preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for payment processing
Ability to follow health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Duties

Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
Master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
Maintain a deep understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
Manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal, quickly addressing any concerns
Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth team environment
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned to ensure the dining area is pristine
