Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in casual dining or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately

Job Duties

Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials
Master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery of all courses, beverages, and requests
Maintain a deep and current understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
Manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal, quickly addressing concerns
Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth team environment
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
