Job Description

Enprotech Industrial Technologies is a leading provider in the industrial sector, specializing in repair, rebuilding, and field services tailored for the metal forming and steel industry across North America. Recognized as the largest supplier in its niche, Enprotech prides itself on a workforce driven by passion, urgency, and a can-do spirit—always committed to quality, safety, and innovation. The company's extensive facilities equipped with advanced engineering, machining, welding, fabrication, as well as machine assembly and disassembly capabilities, empower it to deliver top-tier services to its diverse clientele. Enprotech's reputation is built on delivering value-added solutions that satisfy the complex needs of the metal and steel manufacturing industries, emphasizing safety and precision in every project.

The position offered at Enprotech Industrial Technologies focuses on the assembly and disassembly of large steel equipment and machinery critical to the metal forming and steel sector. This role requires an individual who is skilled in interpreting assembly blueprints, engineering memos, and technical sketches to accurately construct, rebuild, and repair heavy machinery. The specialist will utilize both hand and power tools in their daily tasks, ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and meets the rigorous standards of the industry. Practical knowledge of mechanical systems and a strong understanding of machine construction are essential to perform these duties successfully.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for reading and understanding a variety of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, radius gages, and telescopic measures, performing precise measurements to verify part conformity to specifications. The role also involves handling solvents and paints correctly during the shot blasting and painting processes, tapping, and drilling holes with a drill press, and managing piping and tubing used in lubrication and hydraulic systems essential for disassembly and assembly processes. Safe operation of overhead cranes and forklifts is mandatory to maneuver heavy parts safely and efficiently.

The job demands mechanical aptitude and the physical strength to work with greasy and grimy components under varied and demanding physical conditions. The professional will be expected to align and mesh gears in gearboxes, install moving parts, operate machinery for function tests, and work collaboratively with other team members in the fabrication process. Effective verbal communication skills are also necessary to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and engineers, alongside a strong safety awareness to maintain a secure working environment.

Candidates will benefit from working in a company that values career progression, safety, and employee well-being. Enprotech offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, and life and disability insurance options. The company promotes a positive and inclusive workplace culture, embracing diversity and equal opportunity. Joining Enprotech means becoming part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional industrial solutions while supporting personal and professional growth.
