The role of the Casino Shift Manager at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a critical leadership position tasked with acting as the General Manager on Duty during each shift. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily casino operations to ensure the highest standards of service quality and operational excellence. The Casino Shift Manager acts as a visible and responsive leader on the casino floor, frequently interacting with guests and team members to identify and correct any operational deficiencies. The position demands proactive management, including staffing assessments and adjustments, motivation of team members, safety collaboration with security personnel, and direct involvement in promoting Atlantis tournaments, events, and promotions. This leadership position requires constant movement throughout the casino floor to maintain an active presence and provide immediate support wherever needed. In addition to managing the floor operations, the Casino Shift Manager resolves guest complaints and incidents with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety at all times.

Job Duties
- Constantly review staffing needs and recommend increase or decrease in staffing levels to coincide with business demands
- Identify signage problems and notify proper departments to correct
- Assist in resolving team member issues and motivate team members to provide quality service
- Assist managers and supervisors to ensure operations are managed according to company standards
- Maintain an active presence on the casino floor at all times
- Collaborate with security to ensure safety of guests and team members
- Actively promote Atlantis tournaments, promotions, and events
- Resolve guest complaints and assist with guest incidents
- Provide regular communication with management with recommendations on improving effectiveness of operations
- Perform other incidental related duties as assigned
