The manager ensures all departments comply with company policies, state gaming regulations, and safety standards. Acting as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, the individual will serve as a senior advisor to all gaming and non-gaming departments, with a special emphasis on gaming operations. The position demands leadership qualities to enhance guest experiences, enforce gaming policies, and manage staff effectively, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

This role also involves interaction with municipal, state, and federal authorities to maintain operational licenses and adherence to gaming rules. Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Key Gaming License
  • Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Five or more years of recent and related casino and hotel experience
  • Two or more years of related managerial experience
  • Ability to perform physical exertion including lifting up to 80 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including additional non-routine hours
  • Knowledge of the Colorado Limited Gaming Act and ICMPs
  • Ability to enforce policies regarding underage gambling and drinking
  • Completion of annual training in AML, underage gambling, alcohol and ID checking
