The position of Hotel Operations Leader is a critical leadership role focused on both the pre-opening phases and the ongoing management of hotel operations within Osage Casinos. Reporting directly to the General Manager with input from the Director of Hospitality, this role demands strategic oversight and hands-on management of a multidisciplinary team. The leader will drive efficient hotel operations by overseeing staffing processes, budget development and adherence, guest services excellence, and the coordination of VIP and special events.
