This full-time opportunity based in Montgomery within Wind Creek Hospitality's Casino Marketing department invites candidates to be part of an immersive and dynamic team. The position of Casino Host is pivotal in acquiring, developing, and maintaining relationships with VIP customers to drive revenue growth. The Casino Host's schedule typically follows a shift from 2 PM to 12 AM, though flexibility is necessary based on business needs. This role revolves around recruiting new mid and high-level players through strategic marketing initiatives such as direct mail campaigns, telemarketing, referrals, and on-floor monitoring of gameplay. The host extends complimentary services to guests, tailored to the individuals' gaming patterns and preferences, helping enhance player loyalty and satisfaction. Furthermore, the Casino Host actively attracts and maintains relationships with target customers by offering personalized service and creating memorable gaming experiences.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or enrollment in GED program with completion within six months
- Must be 21 years or older
- One year experience in player development or five years in quota-based sales or one year working in hotel, casino concierge, casino marketing or player services position with WCH
- Successful job interview including a guest service audition
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, highly energized and self-motivated
- Ability to achieve production goals and work under pressure
- Professional guest service problem handling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Physically able to stand or walk entire shift
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel and attend training
- Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain and maintain
- Willingness and ability to work in a smoke or secondary smoke environment
Job Qualifications

- Ability to obtain and maintain Tribal Gaming License

Job Duties
- Recruits new mid and high level players through marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, on-floor play monitoring and off-site functions
- Extends complimentary items and services to guests by analyzing guests’ play within established guidelines
- Attracts, develops and maintains relationships with target customers through personalized service
- Greets and hosts target customers while on property
- Ensures and promotes use of player’s club cards during visits
- Arranges appropriate level of complementaries during guest visits
- Executes special services and coordinates promotional events
- Utilizes HMS to document, track and develop player pipeline
- Resolves and deters customer complaints professionally
- Conducts phone marketing to invite customers to property and events
- Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins
- Meets established sales and engagement goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
