We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Casino Host to join our dynamic team. The Casino Host plays a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our VIP guests and patrons by ensuring they have an outstanding and personalized gaming experience. This role involves greeting high-value patrons, managing comp issuance under approved matrices, attending player events both on and off-site, and promoting the company’s rewards program effectively. The Casino Host acts as a liaison between the casino and its customers, cultivating good customer relations to encourage repeat visits and build the gaming worth of the assigned player base.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests in person and over the phone. This role requires a proactive approach to seek new players by networking and aggressively promoting the different tiers of the rewards program. Additionally, the Casino Host will participate in company events and promotions, sometimes representing the casino as a spokesperson.
This position requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the management team to meet personal and departmental goals. Although it does not involve selling or serving alcoholic beverages or comp authority beyond approved limits, it demands full compliance with company policies, internal controls, government regulations, and gaming licenses. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, player tracking software, and able to handle various responsibilities assigned by management promptly.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Previous experience as a casino host is preferred or 2 years of related hospitality experience
- Experience with direct and indirect contact with customers
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software and player tracking software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and friendly outgoing personality required
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills required

Job Duties
- Greet VIP casino patrons and guests and assist them with their needs
- Approve and monitor comp issuance based on player performance in accordance with the approved comp matrix
- Attend player events both on and off site, interact with invited players and provide superior guest service
- Greet and inform guests of the benefits of the companys rewards program, identify and either sign-up or get a replacement card while they are on the game
- Achieve personal and department goals as determined by management
- Aggressively promote the different tiers of the companys rewards program and encourage players to play up to achieve the next tier level
- Actively seek new players through networking
- Cultivate good customer relations to entice incremental trips to the casino from existing customers and build the gaming worth of assigned player base
- Speak with qualified players in person or by phone to sell promotions and special events
- May represent the company, including spokesperson at events or promotions, entertainment and company sponsored events both on and off property
- Attend all necessary meetings
- Perform other tasks as assigned
