Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 1-3 years previous work experience within casino guest services
  • Able to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a State Gaming License

Job Duties

  • Develop and nurture working relationships with players to provide a high level of customer service using a variety of methods
  • Build and maintain player loyalty through frequent communication and handling player requests as appropriate to match
  • Make sound judgment and daily decisions regarding players accommodations, amenities, and service requests
  • Exercise full empowerment of comp authority
  • Ensure player satisfaction by collaborating with Casino departments to meet player needs
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other team members on methods of promoting the gaming experience to target players
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of player information, player accounts, and Company proprietary information
