Job Requirements

- Must meet established department appearance standards
- Skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service while serving food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) to guests
- Practice, support, and maintain the mission, vision, and values of the casino
- Serve beverages to casino guests as established by the department
- Uphold the highest standard of guest service and provide the best possible experience for our guests
- Be responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and be accountable for any and all overages and shortages
- Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly
- Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility
- Act in a professional manner in body language and attitude
- Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21
- Enhance the company’s objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance according to department standards
