We pride ourselves on our dedication to customer service, ensuring that each visitor feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step onto our casino floor. Our focus on creating a comfortable, fun environment sets us apart as a preferred destination for both locals and tourists alike.
As part of Town Pump Inc., a reputable company known for its commitment to excellence and community engagement, Montana's Best Casinos upholds the highest standards of safety, security, and hospitality. Town Pump Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), health, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flex spending accounts, paid time off, and education reimbursement benefits. The company is an equal employment opportunity employer, welcoming diversity and ensuring fair treatment for all employees regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Casino Floor Runner to join our dynamic team. This full-time position revolves around providing exceptional customer service in a high-energy, fast-paced casino environment. The Casino Floor Runner plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring the casino floor is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming at all times. This role involves a variety of tasks including cash handling, bar inventory management, and housekeeping duties both inside and outside the casino areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for mixing and completing drink orders efficiently, assisting casino cashiers, and ensuring that all gaming machines operate smoothly and customers receive the help they need. You will be expected to remember regular guests' names and faces, fostering a personal connection that enhances customer loyalty. Maintaining legal age requirements and accurately completing shift paperwork are essential aspects of the position, along with the ability to handle large amounts of cash and make precise change.
The Casino Floor Runner also serves a vital function in maintaining casino safety and security. This includes cleaning restrooms, ashtrays, dusting, window washing, and floor care, as well as emptying trash cans, cleaning tables, and attending to any messes promptly. Keeping bar furniture neatly arranged and adhering to safety manuals and casino restroom logs are important to uphold our standards of cleanliness and order.
Additionally, the role requires answering and screening phone calls, assisting patrons in verifying wins, and recording and making payouts to gambling machine winners accurately. You will be expected to wear the company uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance at all times, upholding the professional image of Montana's Best Casinos.
Effective communication with management is crucial, and you will be responsible for advising the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations that could negatively impact casino operating performance. This proactive approach helps ensure a harmonious, efficient workplace where both employees and guests benefit from a positive atmosphere.
Overall, the Casino Floor Runner is an integral member of our team who contributes directly to guest satisfaction and operational success. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a lively, customer-facing environment.
