The Casino Floor Runner role at Montana's Best Casinos is an exciting and dynamic position ideal for motivated and outgoing individuals. This position centers around delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the smooth operation of the casino floor. Responsible for handling cash transactions, operating cash registers, and assisting with bar inventories, this role is critical in ensuring that all guests have a pleasurable and seamless gaming experience. Responsibilities include everything from remembering regular guests’ names and faces to monitoring legal age requirements and accurately processing shift paperwork. Attention to detail and a focus on safety and cleanliness are also important, as the Casino Floor Runner contributes by maintaining tidy gaming areas, restrooms, and other casino facilities.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or a similar role
- ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- knowledge of gaming regulations and safety procedures
- capacity to multitask effectively
- strong communication skills

- availability to work flexible hours
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties in and around the casino
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service, cash handling, and accounting
- operate a cash register
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping inside and outside of the casino
- efficiently mix and complete drink orders
- assist casino cashiers
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- accurately and effectively complete shift paperwork
- maintain the ability to accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash
- suggest selling and helping customers with gaming machine operations
- wear the uniform and keep your appearance neat and clean
- clean restrooms, ashtrays, dust, windows, and floors
- empty trash cans and dishes
- clean tables and messes of others
- clean games and keep bar furniture neatly arranged
- use the safety manual and casino restroom logs
- maintain casino safety and security
- answer and screen phone calls
- assist patrons in verifying wins
- record and make payouts to gambling machine winners
- advise the manager of any personnel situations or policy violations having an adverse effect on casino operating performance
