The Casino Floor Runner at Montana's Best Casinos will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This full-time position involves a dynamic array of responsibilities, including cash handling, accounting, drink preparation, and housekeeping both inside and outside the casino. The Casino Floor Runner must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring all casino functions run smoothly. The role requires an individual who can skillfully operate cash registers, manipulate inventory, and assist the casino cashiers with accuracy and enthusiasm. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or casino environment preferred
- ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately
- must be of legal age to work in a casino setting
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service including cash handling and accounting
- operate cash register efficiently
- stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories
- perform housekeeping duties inside and outside of the casino including cleaning restrooms, ashtrays, dusting, and floors
- efficiently mix and complete drink orders
- assist casino cashiers
- remember regular customers' names and faces
- monitor legal age requirements
- complete shift paperwork accurately
- make change and account for large amounts of cash
- suggest selling and help customers with gaming machine operations
- maintain a neat and clean appearance and wear the uniform
- clean tables, messes, and games
- organize bar furniture
- use safety manual and casino restroom logs
- maintain casino safety and security
- answer and screen phone calls
- verify wins for patrons and record payouts
- advise manager of personnel situations or policy violations affecting casino performance
