The employment is at-will, which means either the employer or the employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause or notice. Candidates should expect to work in a physically demanding role that calls for lifting heavy supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting bartenders with preparation and operational tasks. Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit
- Food handler's permit
- Class 12 Mixologist Permit
- Hepatitis A vaccination
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds
- Good verbal communication skills
- Willingness to wear back brace when lifting heavy items
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with safe handling of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in hospitality settings
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with tribal internal controls and policies
- Stock and replenish supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware
- Assist with cleaning and breakdown at end of shifts
- Clear, clean, and reset guest service areas
- Operate and maintain bar glass tender dish machine
- Prepare garnishes and polish glassware
- Transport and change beer kegs and soda boxes
- Maintain beverage coolers and areas in a clean, orderly fashion
- Communicate with bartenders and supervisors during shifts
- Use hand trucks and other transport equipment safely
- Maintain sanitation of soda rooms
- Stack, load, and unload beverage and bar goods properly
- Wear back brace while lifting heavy items
- Work flexible hours as required
- Maintain good attendance record
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
