The Casino Concierge will serve as the primary ambassador for the casino floor, offering excellent customer service and resolving guest inquiries efficiently. The role requires collaboration with marketing and slot teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets, making it integral to the casino’s operational success. Attention to detail is crucial, as the concierge will handle reporting on comp transactions, player accounts, and expense documentation.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years relevant experience in casino marketing, VIP services or guest service preferred
  • proficient in LMS and Microsoft Office
  • excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of Super Playmate or similar software preferred
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of prior experience in casino marketing, VIP services or guest services preferred
  • proficient in LMS, Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • able to effectively communicate in English in both written and verbal forms
  • excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • experience with Super Playmate or similar software preferred
  • willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a goodwill ambassador to guests
  • anticipate and resolve problems as appropriate
  • meet monthly and quarterly goals in theoretical win dictated by Slot Marketing Director
  • educate and train hosted players on upcoming tournaments, promotions, and events
  • answer all hosted players questions in a timely manner, either in person or via phone or email
  • prepare, maintain and submit monthly slot and pit expense and comp reports
  • provide accurate accounting of all pit and slot players comp guidelines, including but not limited to all comp transaction, theoretical and actual win, room stock items, limo services, show tickets
  • identify and generate new member sign-ups with the purpose of increasing percentage of carded play
  • generate incremental carded play from existing hosted guests
  • update club accounts with current address, phone number and email addresses as required
