The Cocktail Server position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant hospitality setting. This role contributes directly to the overall guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service. As a Cocktail Server, you will greet guests with warmth, take drink orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on specialty cocktails and beverages. Your ability to engage with customers, anticipate their preferences, and work collaboratively with bartenders and other team members ensures smooth and efficient service throughout each guest's visit. Attention to detail, effective communication, and maintaining a clean working area are integral components of this role. Job Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of cocktails spirits and beverage service
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
Must be legally authorized to work

Job Duties

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
Engage with customers anticipating their needs and preferences
Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor and restock supplies as needed
Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
