Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cocktails spirits and beverage service
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy
- Must be legally authorized to work
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Knowledge of cocktails spirits and beverage service
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
- Engage with customers anticipating their needs and preferences
- Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
- Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
- Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
