Phantom Fireworks is currently seeking friendly, reliable team members passionate about customer service to join their vibrant retail team. No previous experience is necessary, as the company provides full training to equip new hires with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. In this role, team members will engage directly with customers, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while promoting safe and enjoyable fireworks experiences. Team members will manage customer registrations, verify state IDs, and explain current sales promotions and store policies to ensure smooth and informed transactions.
The role also involves operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process payments and issue receipts, as well as assisting customers by bagging and organizing purchased items. Beyond the cash register, team members will contribute to maintaining an orderly and attractive store environment by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and managing inventory both on the sales floor and in the warehouse. Tasks such as unloading delivery trucks, replenishing shelves, and inventory scanning will be part of daily responsibilities to keep the store running efficiently.
This position demands strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is also necessary, as it includes standing for extended periods and lifting boxes. The role is seasonal, requiring flexibility to work the designated hours during peak fireworks seasons. Safety is a top priority at Phantom Fireworks; therefore, passing a background check is a mandatory requirement for employment.

Job Duties
- Register customers prior to entering the store
- Take state IDs and capture customer information
- Explain current sales promotions and store policies
- Learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Scan and process customer transactions accurately
- Take customer payments and issue receipts
- Place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
- Retrieve carts as needed
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
- Place products in proper storage areas
- Assist with inventory scanning and counting
- Help organize and identify items in the warehouse or storage containers
- Unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed
- Identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
