The role available is for friendly and reliable team members who enjoy engaging with customers and assisting them in finding the perfect fireworks for their celebrations. No previous experience is necessary, as Phantom Fireworks provides comprehensive training to equip new hires with the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively. Team members will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on customer service, store operations, and inventory management. Responsibilities include registering customers before they enter the store, verifying identification as required by law, and capturing essential customer information. Employees will help customers understand current sales promotions and store policies to enhance their shopping experience.

Additionally, team members are expected to learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process customer transactions, accept payments, and issue receipts. They will also handle the packaging of purchased items, assist customers with carts, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Duties extend to stocking shelves, managing inventory by scanning and counting, unloading deliveries, and ensuring products are placed in proper storage areas. Team players will also identify low-stock areas and replenish merchandise to maintain a well-stocked and inviting sales floor.

Job Duties

  • Place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
