This position is located at our New Kensington showroom at 700 Stevenson Boulevard, PA 15068. We are currently seeking friendly, reliable team members who enjoy working with customers and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided to fully prepare you for success in this role.
As a Phantom Fireworks team member, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner. You will register customers as they arrive, verify state IDs and capture necessary customer information in compliance with state regulations, and inform customers about ongoing sales promotions and our store policies. You will also operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to scan merchandise, process payments accurately, and issue receipts.
Apart from customer-facing duties, you will help maintain the store's presentation by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor remains tidy. Inventory management is an essential aspect of this role, including assisting with scanning and counting inventory, identifying low-stock areas, and replenishing items as needed. You will also support warehouse operations by helping organize and identify stored items and participate in unloading delivery trucks.
Physical requirements include the ability to comfortably lift and move boxes and stand for long periods during your shift. Working hours are seasonal, aligning with peak fireworks sales periods, ensuring a vibrant and engaging work atmosphere during these times. Teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication skills are key traits that will help you thrive in this role.

Job Duties
- register customers prior to entering the store
- take state IDs and capture customer information
- explain current sales promotions and store policies
- learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- scan and process customer transactions accurately

- place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
- retrieve carts as needed
