We are currently seeking friendly, reliable team members to join our dynamic retail environment. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy helping customers and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. No prior experience is necessary, as Phantom Fireworks provides comprehensive training to all new employees. This is a seasonal retail position with hours that align closely with fireworks-selling periods, typically around holidays and special events.

As a team member at Phantom Fireworks, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our stores. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, responsible for registering guests before they enter the store, verifying age with state IDs, and processing sales through our POS system. Your ability to explain current promotions and store policies clearly and courteously will contribute to a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

In addition to handling customer transactions, your duties will include maintaining store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and assisting with inventory management. You will also support operational logistics by unloading delivery trucks, replenishing stock in low inventory areas, and assisting with warehouse organization. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move boxes safely are important aspects of this role.
