The role involves assisting customers with their purchases, operating the point-of-sale system, managing inventory, and maintaining the presentation of the store to enhance the shopping experience.

As a team member at Phantom Fireworks, you will register customers before they enter the store, handle state identification checks, and capture necessary customer information. You’ll explain current promotions and store policies clearly to customers, operate the POS system accurately to process transactions, and ensure that customers receive all purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts as appropriate. Additionally, you will support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, assisting with scanned inventory counts, and replenishing low-stock items on the sales floor. Physical duties such as lifting boxes and unloading delivery trucks are part of the role, so the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment is essential.

The position requires excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude to provide the best customer service experience. You must be able to work during the seasonal hours typical of retail fireworks sales and be prepared to stand for extended periods. All candidates must pass a background check to ensure the safety and security of the store and its customers.
