The role of a team member at Phantom Fireworks is integral to maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence the company is known for. No previous experience is required as full training is provided to all new hires. Team members will engage directly with customers by registering them prior to entering the store and capturing necessary identification information. They will be responsible for explaining current sales promotions and store policies, operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, and handling transactions efficiently. Beyond customer service, team members help maintain the store’s appearance by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and handling inventory tasks such as scanning and counting. The job also involves loading and unloading delivery trucks, replenishing low-stock areas, and assisting in warehouse organization. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods, and a commitment to following all safety rules and procedures. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Register customers prior to entering the store
- take state IDs and capture customer information
- explain current sales promotions and store policies
- learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- scan and process customer transactions accurately
- take customer payments and issue receipts
- place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
- retrieve carts as needed
- stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
- place products in proper storage areas
- assist with inventory scanning and counting
- help organize and identify items in the warehouse or storage containers
- unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed
- identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves
- provide excellent customer service
